Propongo un modelo basado en agro industrialización, desarrollo de nuevos sectores productivos., Un agresivo programa de sustitución de importaciones por productos de fabricación nacional, e incentivo al desarrollo de empresas de tecnologías.
Ahora que la ONU anuncia una futura crisis alimentaria global y que suben de precios en el presente, sería positivo convertir RD en un importante suplidor global de alimentos procesados, construyendo un tejido de agroindustrias municipales para convertir excedentes en no perecederos.
Un ejemplo es el sector pesquero, un negocio global superior a los 500 mil millones de dólares. Da pena que RD importe más del 80% del consumo nacional, cuando podría ser un importante suplidor global de pescado, desarrollando pesca Industrial, Acuicultura y Maricultura.
El Banco Central en vez de estar represando dinero, y aumentando las reservas, debería canalizar esos recursos para incentivar la creación del tejido de agroindustrias y de industrias que nos permitan sustituir importaciones por producción nacional para erradicar desempleo.
Si todos los países ricos han avanzado de la producción agrícola, a la industrialización, a las industrias del conocimiento, entonces porque estancar la RD en un modelo basado en servicios turísticos, agricultura y manufactura. E ignorar la debida agro industrialización, industrialización y Start Up o empresas tecnológicas.
Que quede claro, al gobierno de RD no le costará un centavo construir un tejido de agroindustrias municipales, si luego de construida el costo de la inversión es convertido en acciones de cien pesos y vendidas a ciudadanos locales, inversionistas nacionales, emigrados o internacionales, para avanzar en el camino de hacer realidad una QUISQUEYA POTENCIA.
