Es lamentable constatar que, a pesar de la disminución en los precios del petróleo y de encontrarnos en un año preelectoral, la empresa distribuidora de electricidad EDEESTE continúa sometiendo a los residentes de los 3 Brazos y Los Mina Viejo a prolongados apagones, demostrando una ineficiencia preocupante para brindar un servicio de calidad.
Heriberto Tejada, en su rol de candidato a regidor, expresa su profunda preocupación por la situación que enfrentan los habitantes de estos barrios. La falta de electricidad no solo afecta sus actividades cotidianas, sino que también genera pérdidas económicas para los comerciantes locales y condiciones de inseguridad que ponen en riesgo la integridad de los residentes.
