Ya se podría hablar de dos bloques enfrentados, el del norte y el del sur. El norte rico y hegemónico y el sur en desarrollo. Gracias a Dios la tecnología ya no es monopolio de ninguna de las partes, sino que casi se ha democratizado. Generando estos mundos enfrentados.
Nuestro gran desafío como nación, es definir una política exterior, que nos proteja de ser víctima de esta mega colisión. Y estar preparado para proteger nuestra soberanía y los intereses nacionales. Y en medio de esta vorágine de confrontaciones, convertir RD en potencia emergente.
El presente obliga reingenierizar nuestro modelo político y económico, que ha sido un fracaso desde 1844. Con PN descentralizadas en Policias Municipales y del DN. Y cerrar el Senado. Y una Camara de diputados formada 50% por representantes de partidos políticos y los demás, lideres de la sociales y empresariales, agro productores, y profesionales.
Creo prudente declarar RD un país neutral, estilo Suiza. Convertirnos en un Paraíso Fiscal y turístico. Impulsar una política de sustituir importaciones por producción nacional, agro-industrializarnos, desarrollar industrias de 3ra. Generación, y desarrollar el mar, la pesca industrial la acuicultura y nuevos sectores productivos y convertirnos en una potencia exportadora.
