RD está ubicada en el centro geográfico de los dos bloques geopolíticos enfrentados; al Norte la OTAN (USA y CANADA) y al Noroeste, Oeste y Sur el bloque Ruso-Chino, representado por Cuba, Nicaragua y Venezuela. Debemos declararnos neutrales y convertirnos en la Suiza del Caribe.
Imagino RD enfocada en convertirse en una suplidora global de alimentos frescos y procesados. Construyendo un tejido de agroindustrias municipales para estar en capacidad de procesar la producción agropecuaria, desarrollar la Pesca industrial, la Maricultura y la Acuicultura.
En la medida que RD construya agroindustrias municipales, se desarrollará la agricultura por encargo, y se irán sumando a la producción los propietarios de tierra, pues las agroindustrias al adquirir los excedentes productivos, no existirá la quiebra por exceso de producción.
Lo grande es que industrializar el campo, si el gobierno se decide a ejecutarlo, no le costaría un centavo, pues convertiría su valor en acciones para venderla a interesados. Convirtiéndose en un incentivo para la inversión extranjera adquiriendo dichas acciones. Creando empleos.
Al multiplicar las exportaciones agropecuarias, se incrementan los ingresos, facilitando crear las condiciones para apoyar emprendedores para el desarrollo de industrias post industriales. Creándose muchos más empleos y elevando exportaciones, creando más riquezas. Y si de paso recuperamos lo robado por la corrupción, repatriamos indocumentados y desarrollamos una industria de armas, estaríamos sentando las bases, para hacer realidad una Quisqueya potencia.
