El mundo se cae a pedazos y la población y el gobierno siguen gastando y administrándose como si todo estuviera bien. Dicen; piensa mal y acertará. Debemos prepararnos para los potenciales males de una tercera Guerra Mundial o en el mejor de los casos para salir fortalecidos.

Crear un tejido de agroindustrias municipales, no le costará un centavo al gobierno. El gobierno debe construirlas, y luego convertir su valor en acciones de mil pesos, y venderlas a ciudadanos interesados o inversionistas internacionales. Creando empleos y atrayendo inversiones.
Con el efecto multiplicativo generador de empresas fruto de masificar producción agropecuaria y la demanda de servicios de las agroindustrias y si le sumamos desarrollar la pesca industrial y la acuicultura, lo que incrementará la captación de ingresos del gobierno por incremento de exportaciones, nos proporcionará los recursos necesarios para RD impulsar la debida industrialización y el desarrollo de un sector post industrial.
